How to Think Critically

Learning how to think critically is a process that begins with questioning any claim or assertion until it proves itself to be true. The reality is that our beliefs overwhelm our reasoning. This is the first in a series.

2025

What Do You Think?

Did you know that 95% of our decisions are made by our subconscious. We just do them and much of our subconscious thoughts and beliefs were absorbed from our primary caregivers from birth to the age of five!

No one can be objective about everthing. We all have beliefs that affect our ability to think rationally, but that is a good goal to strive for. In order to do so, it requires that we engage in evaluating our behaviour to develop our ense of self-awareness.
